I rented a ball joint press. When I took it back, the old lady with short hair LITTERALY rolled her eyes because I didn't have the receipt (because I chose email and not paper receipt). So I look at my email and I can't even find it. I'm wondering why she can't just look up my phone number and see I just got it 2 days prior. She needed my ID and my debit card. I could tell it was such an inconvenience for her to do her JOB. That's why I usually go to AutoZone down the road.

My elderly mother came in for wiper blades they were extremely rude and was asked if she was gonna give them a tip for installing blades manager was there and apart of all incident

Went in to buy wiper blades was ignored, had to ask to get help, was sold wrong blades son in law was going to install, found out one was the wrong size went back to get the right size for other wiper, i ask if he could put it on for me and he said "are u gonna tip me" will never go back they acted as if I was bothering them I'm elderly and was just trying to do a simple task will not go back should have went to auto zone down the street
