They saved me hundreds of dollars. My battery was dead. Got a jump and drove up there expecting to have to buy a new battery. They diagnosed it and I drove away only spent 8 bucks on battery cleaner. Very helpful and sweet people. Can't say enough good stuff about this place.
I rented a ball joint press. When I took it back, the old lady with short hair LITTERALY rolled her eyes because I didn't have the receipt (because I chose email and not paper receipt). So I look at my email and I can't even find it. I'm wondering why she can't just look up my phone number and see I just got it 2 days prior. She needed my ID and my debit card. I could tell it was such an inconvenience for her to do her JOB. That's why I usually go to AutoZone down the road.
