I needed a valve cover gasket because I had oil getting into my spark plug. When I called the gentleman said that they had one left in stocks but he asked me if I could hold on so that he could go and locate the part for me. After a brief hold he informed me that he had the part in his hand and it would be ready for me when I arrived.
Walked out because of slow service. I just wanted to see if they had a 2nd set of windshield wipers for my car. One customer took 5 minutes to pay and check out. Another attendant left to install a battery instead of checking me out. Then two customers were taken ahead of me. I we t to Salvos and found the windshield wipers for nearly 10 dollars cheaper.
Bad customer service lazy people who work there
Hung up on me, after 10min wait... At the store they are great, but they are not reasonable at responding to phone calls coming in.
