Employee shorted the electrical system while installing a battery... Didn't cost much to fix but was definitely an inconvenience. Also tried to return defective lights, wouldn't returned them because they were open!? Called corporate, after being hung up on three times and passed from one department to the other, I finally give up. The even admitted that I was rung up incorrectly and still refused to be of any help. After this encounter, we've decided to pull our commercial accounts and quit doing business at that location.
I called at 4 to see if I can pick up a delivery part. I asked the incompetent person who answered the phone what time do they close. He told me 6pm when the website clearly says 9om. Please train your people right. Lazy
Came in today needing a fuse for my car and Dalton went above and beyond to assist me with this.
