Dennis answered the phone and made certain the battery I needed was in stock. Once I arrived at the store, he tested the old battery before replacing it. He was both efficient and courteous.

Love this place! Linda was super helpful and so professional when it comes to her car knowledge and customer service skills. I drive past an Auto Zone just to come to Advance Auto as the staff is better and their car knowledge is better than the dudes at Auto Zone. No comparison.
