They broke my front fender walls!!
My car had trouble starting, so I thought I would have my battery checked at a advanced Auto Parts. It was really cold, but they gladly did it for me. Unfortunately, my car, pretty much, died at that moment. The staff tried to jump it for me with no success. My husband tried to jump it with no success. It was pretty late, and I had to leave it in their parking lot over night. They assured me that it would be fine, and it was. Very nice store knowledgeable, friendly service . Store is well stocked and if I need a special part they can get it within 24 hours
I rented a tool and was given the wrong tool and what I was given was broken. Plus I was given the wrong part. Does anyone take their job seriously at this location? I was given the wrong part intentionally because the part I ordered online was out of stock. How is a wrong part supposed to help me repair my vehicle?
They are very knowledgeable about parts. Now that they have a new owner the store hasn't been that full of parts and tools in years. Best Napa store around.
Always have what I need and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. That should be enough YP, no more to say.
They have a good selection of filters, and their prices are competitive, and if they don't have what you want, they can order it for you.
All I can say is this place is great. Seems the associates have changed to the better. I see faces I have not seen before and each one is fantastic and very helpful truely concerned and I want to put a big thank you to the gm he went above and beyond to help me. And I was in a situation and he turned a bad situation into a good experience.
