Caucasian older women was very rude to me and another customer so we both left and went to auto zone right on the side of them and they where professional never again will I come here
I found my stuff. The woman wasn't friendly.
I went in for coolant and the lady at the register was rude as hell. I asked if she could look up what one my truck takes and she told me the computer doesn’t tell her that . I’m like hmm yes it does I used to work at API . Nothing but rude and unprofessional, so I went to Autozone and they helped me. All I wanted to do was make sure I was getting the right one. I gave 1 star bc it wasn’t that serious and I will never go back. Management needs to pop in and not let them know.
When I first walked in none of the cashiers spoke, but one employee stocking shelves stopped to say good morning. From there, Daquan helped me find the coolant I needed for my Audi and was very patient and kind. Sometimes a kind person in the morning means more than we realize.
