This is by FAR the WORST Advance Auto Parts location ever! From the start it was terrible! I was treated very poorly by both the people working there. I had to buy a battery for $200+ and the big guy with a nose ring (I think) was so rude to me. You could tell he hates his job and did not want to help me or do anything for that matter. He acted like I was a burden to him and very short and unpleasant with me because he had to put the battery in for me. Which only took him 5 minutes. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto part store! I’ve been changing my own headlights forever and never knew that doing one at a time could contribute to them burning out faster OR (more importantly) that if I got the warranty on the bulbs that I could pay only $5 to replace both if they burn out in less than a year - which has basically been what’s happening. Plus they took down my information so that my purchase is saved in the system, no matter what location I go to, so that the warranty is saved there too.... read more

I gave this store a chance again, I came back and they didn’t let me recycle or throw away oil, they have a policy of only 5 qts I don’t why, because in other advances I can always throw 9 gallons and I come to this one because it’s close to a work site, I’ll never come back 0 stars. Pd: the costumers service is sucks.
