I had an excellent experience with Jewellene. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping solve my issue. I came in to this store 5 days ago to return a cv axle that I purchased online. The website clearly states “fast and free” returns at any store location. When I first entered the store I was confused about what to show the cashier (Miguel). He sarcastically stated, “The receipt?” Ok maybe I should have known that so I dismiss his sarcasm and show him the receipt associated with the online order via the website.
