Was doing a brake job on my truck.I needed new calipers & pads.I had the receipt from a few years back & it said life time warranty.I went to the Urbana store which is the closest to where I live to get the parts. The employee said that since I bought the parts originally in Marysville that I'd have to go there because I didn't show up in the system.So I drive 20 miles to Marysville & the salesman tells me they could've done it in Urbana.
