I had an excellent experience here! Sierra was very helpful and had so much patience with me while I asked a million questions. Even though they were busy, she made sure I had everything I needed and helped me replace my battery. This is the best customer service I've ever received at an Advance Auto Parts! We needed a new alternator and of course I wanted the old one tested. The employee either didn’t know how to use the machine or didn’t want to but he tried to give us “backyard” mechanic advice and then sent us to ORileys
Really good store with knowledgeable employees.
