I don't go here very often, maybe once every couple of years, but they are always so nice and helpful when I do.
From the moment I walked in Ms. Melissa made me feel welcome and was willing to assist with my need for a new battery. After having a horrible experience at another parts place, Advance made my day. With this being my first time having to buy a battery, I was nervous about the experience but Ms. Melissa was so sweet and helpful and guided me through every step of the process. Melissa is a national treasure. She went above and beyond providing me with service as well as everyone in the store! It is clear through Melissa’s work ethic that she not only exceeds at her job, but she has genuine care for her customers! I came into advanced auto parts frustrated, but because of Melissa, I left smiling and happy! Thank you so much sweet lady!
