I had a wonderful experience at this Advance Auto parts this past Thursday. Kathie and Raven had me laughing the whole time with the way they pick on each other, I love to see coworkers having a great relationship! Outside of the fun conversation I had with the two ladies they were super thorough in making sure I had everything I needed to get my project done without having to make additional trips to the store! Keep up the great work ladies, I will definitely be back for any future needs!

Horrible attitude and customer service. Raven the commercial sales rep hung the phone up on me. If I could give a 0 I would.

Had my mom drive over because she needed a new battery and that is where she got her current battery. It is still under warranty for another year. The sales person told her she needed to bring it in to test. She is over 70 years old and you want her to take the battery out of the car and haul it into the store to be tested?! Shameful. If this is how Advance treat their customers, then I wouldn't spend a penny at any one of your stores. No one should as there is obviously no care for the customers.

The staff was very helpful. They didn't have the part I needed in stock,but one of the workers actually wrote down some phone numbers and some address to some places that might be able to help. He also showed me something to buy that helped fix my car temporally till I was able to get to hospital see my nephew and make the 2 and a half drive back home. The staff here at this store really care. I give them a 5 star rating! Thank u to the young man who helped me when me and my 70 year old mom needed it the most!
