Lee provided poor customer service when I attempted to return a brand-new item. Despite being a loyal, long-term customer, I received no assistance or flexibility regarding the return. The lack of support and professionalism was disappointing.

Customer service needs improvement. First rule of customer service is acknowledge that they see you. Instead of answering the phone or stocking shelves, you should probably take my payment while I'm standing at the register. This is not a one off situation. It's pretty much the norm. I usually end up buying parts online.
