Extremely unreliable, I went in because my AC was broken and he told me that two cans would work, I drove 45 minutes to get there in 45 minutes home with NO AC and when I get home, they are too completely different cans not even compatible with my car. I asked the guy multiple times if it’s gonna work and he said yes… extremely disappointing.

Over 2 weeks without receiving a return on a single item. The young men and women in the store have been absolutely helpful and friendly. This negative review is about a slow district manager, slow corporate policies, and a customer service number that is closed on Sundays and puts you on hold endlessly. Instead of answering me with a generic comment thanking me for my comment just fix this problem. 7 days waiting for a $48 return absolutely ridiculous. This 1 star review has nothing to do with the hard working young men and women at this location. This is about the poor corporate communication and the 1980's computer system that runs the store. 7 days no return, poor communication from corporate, and a customer service line that takes 20 minutes to reach a person. The corporate workers could be replaced with zoo animals and would probably get better results.
