2nd times in a row within the last few months that I have ordered something via the app that says it will be ready within 30 minutes and it's not. First time was just 1 battery and over an hour later I got to the store and they had to go pick the battery off the shelf for the order. Today the 2nd time I ordered light bulbs and an hour and a half after I placed the order I went into the store and there was no one there guy was just standing at the counter. Kelly went above and beyond on replacing my Ford Transit Connect battery! It requires professional installation due to removing several components to reach the battery. I came to Advance Auto Parts and I found professionals. I know other places would decline installing the battery, I’ve been there. Do yourself a favor and choose Advance Auto Parts.
