Great Customer Service.
This store have the best costumer service I ever experienced at one of Auto Zones location, specially by the kindness and great effort of Mr. Jhon White to help and willingness to help me solve my car issue at the time. Highly recommend this location any time.
I’m not sure how you guys hire and I’m not a mechanic but I would think if I call to ask if a part is in stock and give the check engine light code and say “bank 1 sensor 1” I don’t feel like I should be asked right or left side of the engine again I’m not a mechanic but I was told by a mechanic to ask for the part that way to then have to call back and the woman that answered didn’t seem knowledgeable either
