Service wasn't bad and employees are friendly, however, be aware of their battery, alternator, and starter testing machines. I had issues with my Lexus starting before a doctor's appointment on 2-4. Went to Advance Auto after my appointment, told them what was going on, they agreed to test battery, alternator, and starter. When they lifted up the battery covers, there was some corrosion and they cleaned it, once they cleaned it, tested all 3 and they tried to claim that I needed a new alternator. Excellent service. Great employees. Very well run organization. Very helpful and solved my problems in a very timely manner. Very grateful. Give them a raise.
I was stuck with a dead battery toward the end of the night, Herlem got me a new battery and installed it super quick. It was a life saver and helped me greatly.
Mike checked my battery, and replaced it, in 20 minutes! Great, fast customer service with a smile. I'll be getting my batteries here from now on!
