The guys in the store were super helpful, could not have been nicer and went out of their way to help me with picking out fuses to help a co-worker with a car issue. Excellent, excellent service!!!!
There were 2 employees present and they both were extremely helpful and friendly. They spent adequate time to resolve my situation and were extremely patient and determined to resolve it. I was very pleased with their diligence and kindness
Update...Got new windshield wipers and they replaced them for me. Helpful and good price on a battery. A delivery/install service would be helpful.
I am writing to report an extremely disappointing experience I had tonight at the Advance Auto Parts store in Trussville involving an employee named Ronald E. I came into the store to purchase a battery for my 2016 Nissan Sentra key fob. I explained to Ronald that I had previously purchased a battery from Walmart that turned out to be the wrong one and that I was hoping he could help guide me to the correct one.
