Service is declining Service at this location has always been slow. I went in to get a battery tested and was told I'd be helped in a minute. Meanwhile, the only other associate was mopping the floor. Many more customers came and went. One of them also got tired of waiting, returned his merchandise and left. 15 min. later I was assisted and told they were short handed. My kids can give better service AND keep the floors clean at the same time.
