Came in for a check engine light on my Grand Marquis. Was a multiple misfire code. Dylan explained to me what it was and sold me the parts to fix it without any hassle. He seemed very knowledgeable and saved me 100s of dollars by selling me the tools to get the job done. Will definitely be back.
Great people and prices
The store is really chill, and the staff was polite. I'm not sure if they were necessarily knowledgeable, but it's an auto parts store, so you can't go in there and get mechanical advice. However, it seems like there are mechanically-minded people around the store frequently. I went in there and bought a Haynes manual. They had it in the back, and people don't use those anymore, I guess.
