Very disappointing experience at this location. I came in because my car was low on oil and needed help getting the right kind. Instead of checking my vehicle or asking what oil it takes, the employee immediately started lecturing me about how bad it was that my car was low on oil and that I needed an oil change right away. I understand that driving low on oil is serious, but I came in asking for help, not to be talked down to.
