Hire nicer people. The worker must have been having a bad day. Just really gruff with people on the phone and to those in line. It was so bad that the customer in front of me was actually shaking his head as he was being waited on. The worker didn't even check my core return and just slammed it in a basket. Just very "gruff" with people.
RecommendedWhile traveling my Suburban broke down on 81, my brake line blew. I had it towed to this location to try and fix the issue in the parking lot before it closed on the 4th of July. The gentleman that helped us from the minute we walked threw the door was amazing. He helped my son find a solution to get this Mama back on the road before leaving to celebrate the holiday. had my battery replaced buy a girl named Sharon awesome customer service she even sold me the new cable ends and helped me install them!!
Went in to stock up on car wash supplies. Finally found most of what I wanted on the poorly stocked shelves which mostly had one or two of things or were completely empty. Next I take the items to checkout and watched the only visible employee announce to "Sharron" he was going outside. Since he had left I said Hello loud enough to be heard. No response. I just want to say what great customer service I experienced today. My battery was dead and they loaned me the battery charger and I brought it back and purchase the battery and they put the battery in for me and treated me with such respect and was so nice I just had to share!! You guys rock!!
7:PM Saturday evening on interstate 81...had 5 hours home...alternator went out...stopped by this store...they had a replacement, loaned me the tools...45minutes later I was on the road, and home by 1:AM....thanks for everything AAP and staff!!
My brother and I were traveling home from Orange, VA to Southeast TN when we ran into some car trouble. I located this store in Google Maps and called. The first guy I spoke to was not very helpful, but I called back later after thinking of another solution and spoke with a woman named Dolly. She went out of her way to try and help us.
