11/11/24 went in there today and the older lady that was working the counter one didn't seem interested in helping me. Two decided to tell me to go somewhere else to get my battery that I was about to spend $200 on just because I mentioned that in Martinsville I can get it for around 90 said "why don't you go do that?" I replied that my battery was so dead that if I cut my car off it would die. She continued to give me attitude and said that my car wouldn't die while it was driving and I said "well. 11/4/24 after 5:00 pm I returned three items for a refund at Advanced Auto Parts in Chatham VA. One of the bottles of car wash liquid leaked when lying down , the other bottle was fine regardless of sitting upright or lying down. The can of tire shine was fine. My biggest complaint was that the car wash liquid left streaks after rinsing causing me to rewash and hand dry the entire truck. The sales associate informed the "manager" who was rude, cocky, disrespectful, hungry, and unprofessional with poor customer service skills... read more
i went into the advance auto parts today and delt with one guy that was really rude and it seemed like he did not like his job and i asked if he could come and check the price on the pipe extensions because all the pipes had the same price and he did not want to come and check the price it was alot different on the computer then what was marked on the shelf not very good customer service 👎👎👎👎👎 Down!!!!!
