11/11/24 went in there today and the older lady that was working the counter one didn't seem interested in helping me. Two decided to tell me to go somewhere else to get my battery that I was about to spend $200 on just because I mentioned that in Martinsville I can get it for around 90 said "why don't you go do that?" I replied that my battery was so dead that if I cut my car off it would die. She continued to give me attitude and said that my car wouldn't die while it was driving and I said "well.
