Employee was not willing to work with me at all on a part return, arguing with me, and not willing to help or even listen to me. I had a part warranty and he did not want to do anything but get off of the phone. worst customer service I have received in a long time and I went to McDonald's last week, that's gotta say something right there. Auto zone was much more Cooperated and willing to help me out rather than trying to shoe me away. thanks for the headache really appreciate that.
