RecommendedGot my battery from Advance in 2011. It was well worth the money spent . My battery went dead , got a jump and went straight to my friends at Advance on Scottsville Rd. Got new brake pads and rotors October last year and found out 3 weeks ago, that I already need to replace them. Went to Advance and explained them my issue. They say it's normal wear and tear and so they won't replace it for free, even that I have a limited lifetime warranty. Store manager was really rude after I told him that I work at a competitor from Advance & that we replace them. He said "you may do that at ..... , but we won't". Rebate declined !! Last time I shop at Advance. Very Disappointed !
I have never been to a place that has given me the wrong part so many times I will drive out of my way to go to another auto parts store.
