Not knowledgeable about the parts that they sell so they gave me the wrong stuff and kind of messed up my day. Pretty typical of most Auto parts stores. That's why I ordered a lot of my parts online now.
The Advance on Larch St has excellent customer service. It is my favorite place to get car parts because of Frank; he is the absolute best!
Nose dive! I've done a lot of business out of this store. I mean a lot! Then I was helping a employee with her daughter's car, (call it a charity case) or whatever. Wasn't going to charge her a dime for taking the time to do so. Which I told her on multiple occasions that her car was a major safety issue the front strut mounts were completely rusted out. Always advertising cheaper in stock items ,but staff either says not in stock or is 50× price advertises
I highly recommend this Advanced Auto parts location. I've been to several stores throughout the state. With that said, I give this location 5 plus stars. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was very impressed with Joseph, he waited on me the last couple of times I was there. He went above and beyond to help me get the exact part I needed. Thank you again & I'll keep coming back!
