The Advance on Larch St has excellent customer service. It is my favorite place to get car parts because of Frank; he is the absolute best!
Nose dive! I've done a lot of business out of this store. I mean a lot! Then I was helping a employee with her daughter's car, (call it a charity case) or whatever. Wasn't going to charge her a dime for taking the time to do so. Which I told her on multiple occasions that her car was a major safety issue the front strut mounts were completely rusted out. Frankie did a great job helping with the pricing of a part
I highly recommend this Advanced Auto parts location. I've been to several stores throughout the state. With that said, I give this location 5 plus stars. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was very impressed with Joseph, he waited on me the last couple of times I was there. He went above and beyond to help me get the exact part I needed. Thank you again & I'll keep coming back!
A big thank you to Casey and alma the ladies who helped me by the right part I needed for my battery. The workers there always help me and are professional and very helpful.
