Nose dive! I've done a lot of business out of this store. I mean a lot! Then I was helping a employee with her daughter's car, (call it a charity case) or whatever. Wasn't going to charge her a dime for taking the time to do so. Which I told her on multiple occasions that her car was a major safety issue the front strut mounts were completely rusted out. I just wanted to take a moment and recognize a particular employee from the Advance Auto Store in Lansing MI located on Larch St. On 07/31/24 I came into this store looking for a new battery for my vehicle. Got new wipers blades for my Dad's car. The ones I got worked great.
I highly recommend this Advanced Auto parts location. I've been to several stores throughout the state. With that said, I give this location 5 plus stars. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was very impressed with Joseph, he waited on me the last couple of times I was there. He went above and beyond to help me get the exact part I needed. Thank you again & I'll keep coming back!
