Today while traveling from NC to VA for a turn and burn furniture run, we found ourselves needing an alternator. My husband looked up this store and we were greeted most immediately by two gentleman. When I say they leaped into action to help us get back on the road, they did just that. We purchased an alternator and my husband got busy putting it on. David is so freaking helpful. He cares about what you are trying to do as if he gets paid to do it. Real genuine guy who knows alot about cars and Engines. I am definitely coming back to this Advance Auto if I ever have another issue.

My husband (a mechanic) and I are extremely impressed with the expertise , patience, and kindness shown by the staff tonight. They were beyond helpful in providing parts and assisting my husband in finding what he needed to fix our car- mind you, we live four hours away and had our two young children with us. We would recommend anyone get their parts from here simply to interact with the staff that work there!
