Great service , friendly and knowledgeable staff, great parts
Doesn’t seem like they want to even help. I ask for tool loaner. Say they don’t have engine compression tester. Ok but when I go to buy one they say don’t carry it. Yet I can order it online to pick up same store in 30 minutes. Go figure. I’ll go to another store.
Was left a note from UPS that my package was being left at this store for pickup since I wasn't available when they attempted delivery. I work nightshift so decided to stop by the store on my way home since I pass through when they open at 07:30am. Got to the store around 07:40am and the doors were locked. Thought they may be running a few minutes behind and stood waiting. Around 07:50 still not open but all the lights were on. Tried calling 3x but no answer. Showed up at 8:55 PM for an app purchase and the doors were locked. Employee inside was ignoring me at the door. All I had to do was pick up my item and go. Very poor customer service!
