nice staff and the carry good products
Poor customer service. I’ve done business at this store many times so I guess that’s why I’m so disappointed. I went in the store with my daughter to buy a new battery. We walked up to the counter and not a word was said to us. No one asked how can I help you or said sir will be right with you. A couple of them looked at us and kept working on the computer while a couple more were talking to each other in the back. We stood there almost 5 minutes. The most worthless employee I’ve ever seen. It is 11:15am Sunday January 26, 2025. One customer inside store by oil filters. I’m standing at counter in front of him, ; minutes pass he hasn’t acknowledged my existence. I speak and inquire about coolant hose for 2016 f150 5.0l. He informed me there were none. I said I hadn’t told you which I needed. He said they had no hoses of any sort for an f150. I find this very hard to believe.
