Went in because I needed a battery for my 2010 Rav4. The tech did a great job, tested the old battery first, then installed a new four-year 'Die Hard' battery. It was a tricky install but the technician had no problems, he had all the right tools and did a great job. Excellent all around!
It would be 5 stars if they didnt charge insanely high prices.
I've visited this store multiple times, for different cars, each with different issues, whether it's a dead battery, battery replacement or running diagnostic codes. I've had a positive experience every time I've visited with employees that are kind and help diagnose issues but also suggest options and explain both the issue and solutions in a way that doesn't make me feel dumb or that I'm trying to be swindled into something I'm unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend the Dunedin Advanced Auto Parts!
