I found everything I needed and got a $10 discount I can’t complain
Terrible service. I was assisted by an old man with a sour face. I bought a thermostat, but I'm not a mechanic, so I grabbed the cheapest one and had to go back because it wasn't the right one. The man got angry when I went back and he told me that he had asked me before which one I wanted and he would change it for me, but with a very bad attitude. I will never go back to that place. I'm paying for a service, they're not giving me anything for free.
My husband, Michael Lowe, came into the store on Sat. 12/28/24 at 11:00 AM to return a Windshield Washer Fluid Pump for my 2007 Honda Civic that he bought last week at the Lee's Summit location. It was obvious when my husband took the pump off my vehicle that it was the wrong part, because the one he took off looks completely different than the one in the clear plastic box.
