manager yea i was bringing back a set of plugs i bought out there that was defective,they didnt fire.i was told that i couldnt get a refund because i had installed them.well id like to know how you can tell if its bad without installing it?instead of getting a simple yes we will take em back or no we will not,the manager proceded to call me a liar.ill never do buisness there again and id suggest no one else did,since ive herd other people tell me he has been a complete but with them also.
reply to anonymous I am not sure who left the last review, but it must have been someone looking for something for free or someone trying to rip off the company. I know the store manager who has grown up in this town and knows allot of people. His vast parts knowledge and experience has sure helped me and my family.He and his team members are an asset. manager to whom it may concern: i feel the person trying to act like the manager of this facility needs more training on how to treat small town, average citizens. the manager (Delynn Lovin) or as it is spelled Delymn Lovin on the internet store profile has a lot to learn if he is to produce a money making and dependable contribution to your company. He is not only uncaring of his customers, but leaves his employees feeling incompetent.
