Stopped in with a battery that had given me trouble since I purchased it. We were 2 years in on a 3 year battery. Other stores had not been able to help me. Rob the employee I dealt with was helpful, did the extra leg work researching the past issues with the battery, and ultimately made it right with a replacement. If you ever stop in here, Rob is excellent to work with!
Wife and I were in here the other day trying to diagnose and issue with my Truck. Rob (I believe was his name) was very helpful, gave us some advice on what might be wrong, the parts that we would probably need, and directions to a service center for us to get the repairs done, even though it was a Sunday. (we were visiting from out of town so an issue with our vehicle when we have an 9 hour drive ahead of us was... inconvenient).
