Jacob acted like finding the right bearing for me was the biggest drag of a task he's ever had to deal with. I just walked out.. shouldn't be in customer service if you aren't willing to help the customers or your gonna try to make them feel bad for interrupting your 8 hour stand around session
Update your hours on the website drove over an hour to pick up a part and says close Sundays on the door horrible way to run your business.
There new employee teagen is very rude and disrespectful rushing me to get what I needed to leave and he refused to look up a part for me that I was gonna pay for and get it ordered i will never return due this situation till they get rid of all the staff and hire new guys with experience and better attitude
