Went to Advance Auto parts this afternoon, there were two employees there, I asked if they could check my alternator for me and one employee didn't say anything while the other employee said no just like that. It's funny there were signs on the front that said free battery and alternator testing. I probably will never go there again, terrible customer service.
Eddie the store manager is awesome! I needed a battery installed as they were closing up. I could've been turned down but he didn't got that battery changed and was back on the road. Come and find out he was the former store manager of Autozone across the street, Autozone lost a great manager. I highly recommend coming to this store for any service needs he will go above and beyond for his customers.
