Truly seems like they are indeed of workers every time I go there they are never at the counter or you have to wait.

Went to Advance Auto parts this afternoon, there were two employees there, I asked if they could check my alternator for me and one employee didn't say anything while the other employee said no just like that. It's funny there were signs on the front that said free battery and alternator testing. I probably will never go there again, terrible customer service.
