I should have read the reviews before going to this place. I'm sorry I ever did. It's obvious this place has a huge issue with customer service, starting at the top of the chain. I'm not sure their names, but I went in on the afternoon of 12/20/24. I went there specifically to get some oil they advertised as on clearance on their website. Ends up being full price in store, so I ask if they price match their own website. I mean it's 2024, what company doesn't even price match their own website? I received the best customer service here. Jose was totally knowledgeable about his job and he changed my windshield wipers! Never received that at Auto Zone!!!
