Traveling and Wendy was awesome with helping me.
Ordered a car battery 3:35pm for same day home delivery on a Sunday and had it on my doorstep at 4:50pm. Very clutch service. Returning the old dead battery for the partial refund was super easy. Thanks advance auto for being there. Saved me a lot of hassle.

AJ, the manager at the Western Branch location is beyond helpless. He had an attitude about running a test for a check engine light. After finally agreeing, he told me to just take a picture of his machine, as he has no idea what the code means. He was rude, not helpful, and I went next door to Autozone and immediately received adequate help.
I stopped in for a fuel issue and after talking to Wendi & a mobile mechanic there on site I have gained a new mechanic and will be a lifetime customer of this store. Both ladies are very helpful and this will be my only store!
