First time visiting today and last time. Absolute total lack of human awareness not even customer service but like basic human awareness.

The order was ready quickly. Literally 10 minutes after I ordered, I received a message saying that my order was ready.
MIKE is a bottom of the barrel worker. I went there to get a new battery and he had an attitude the whole time. Didn’t even want to install it (which is part of their job btw). When the battery was installed I had questions bc it made the interface of my car change. He got mad saying it was other customers inside… like dude I’m leaving unless my car is back to how I brought it to you. Lol he was mad bc he had to do his job? So I called my dad n mike pissed me off even more bc he was making head gestures indicating he wanted ... read more
Prepaid and ordered parts.... they sent them back after 3 weeks. I lost receipt, they lost paperwork. They told me I didn't need receipt to pick up parts.... so, no parts and no refund. Never going back.
