Great customer service. Fast, easy and friendly.
The order was ready quickly. Literally 10 minutes after I ordered, I received a message saying that my order was ready.
MIKE is a bottom of the barrel worker. I went there to get a new battery and he had an attitude the whole time. Didn’t even want to install it (which is part of their job btw). When the battery was installed I had questions bc it made the interface of my car change. He got mad saying it was other customers inside… like dude I’m leaving unless my car is back to how I brought it to you. Lol he was mad bc he had to do his job? Prepaid and ordered parts.... they sent them back after 3 weeks. I lost receipt, they lost paperwork. They told me I didn't need receipt to pick up parts.... so, no parts and no refund. Never going back.
They helped me find what I was looking for. Good crew in there. Update I went in to buy a battery and they helped me find the right one and gave me a discount. Great crew in there.
