Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I've been a loyal customer of Advance Auto Parts for years and have spent thousands of dollars here, but after my experience yesterday I will not be returning. I came in to return a core and was told a manager was needed to enter a code. I ended up waiting 25 minutes in the lobby while the older gentleman helping us repeatedly tried to get the manager’s attention — and was completely ignored.
