The battery in my F250 was reading 9 volts, and it had to be jumped to start the truck. I brought it in for testing and they validated my suspicions that it was bad. Went to advance Auto parts to exchange some coils that I got that have a lifetime warranty on them. Customer service was great. My wait time was less than 5 minutes
Horrible. Guys that work there are either lying about the return policy or just "ignant"and need better training
