Bad customer service . Was sold the wrong part because the worker was not doing his job correctly and they wouldn’t trade my part in
Terrible experience. My husband purchased a starter in Buford, Ga. From Advanced Auto and it went bad. Entered to claim the warranty and spent the next 20-30 minutes proving to the clerk he actually bought it. She questioned why the part was dirty, its a car and we live on a dirt road...He had to reach out to customer service to retrieve the invoice and upon providing she again accused him of returning another companies part.
