I have only dealt with Jason and Bryan at this particular location. Was doing work while out of town and both of them are pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. Would stop by again
They refused to change a battery if it took more than 30 minutes!Said a professional needed to do it!They have changed my battery before!When I called back, Allen I Think, said to come back, that I have the wrong store, no one would turn me away.After awhile someone else came on the phone and was very aggressive about my issue!Actually told me that he would never have his guy change a battery that could take that long!I call bull crap and will never do business again with them!!He actually changed it from 30 min. to it could... read more
Great customer service! Got a flat tire on the way back home from a gig and barely crawled my car in to get the tools I needed to fix it. A very helpful guy named Anthony not only helped me get the stuff I needed, he used some of his own tools and actually changed my spare for me! Above and beyond!!! Life savor!!!! Give the man a raise!!!!
