Grateful for Richie and for having this store nearby. I was struggling with making a good, solid connection with a new battery I bought at this store a week ago. It wasn’t an easy fix but Richie wasn’t going to leave me hanging. I’ll be forever visiting this store for my auto needs.

As someone who’s usually overwhelmed and overstimulated in auto parts stores, I actually had a better time than usual here thanks to Roro. They were so friendly and super helpful. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Roro. Also, keep the music going; it’s so rare to actually hear kpop played in most places.
Best Advance Auto Parts store I’ve been to! One of the technicians who works there, Roro I think their name is, perfect service!! Really makes the atmosphere comfortable by playing good music and being really helpful!! One of the other guys didn’t know what he was doing and Roro stepped in to help! Much appreciated!!
