Short older black lady rude. Not helpful. I asked for a battery for my key faab, and she said, not asked, for me to open faab as if demanding me. No offer to give me a tool to pry open the back, so I went to my car and found a pair of tweezers. Mind you, it tells you on the back what type battery, so when I walked back in, I saw the display of batteries. People wonder why computers and AI are taking over. Eassy....rude & and unhelpful employees like her.
I walked in and went to the counter to get assistance. The employee behind the counter was very rude. When I started to ask about a part, his first response was "I'm not a mechanic". When I asked him to look up a part for my truck (1985 Nissan pickup) he stated this is 2024 I'm not going to have anything for your 1985 Nissan. He refused to even try to look it up.
