I was able to recycle used motor oil here. The people at the desk were super helpful and fast. They also recycle car batteries.

I called and asked for an alternator test before I drove all the way from Sanford to their branch to make sure they do provide such service. I showed up carrying a quite-heavy alternator for a test and a young male staff with fluffy hair, baseball cap, and eye glasses (I wish I knew his name!) told me they can’t run a test for an aftermarket part even if we can provide them the year and model the vehicle we took it from! I will never go anywhere else to get Auto Parts. Everytime I come in here, the guys are super nice, intelligent, answer questions fast. William is 12/10 employee. I had an issue with a return for parts I ended up not needing and within 10 minutes of my first phone call, he was on it and told me to come in and finish up the return. He completely turned my day around and definitely should see a raise in his future. Thank you William for the best customer service a girl could ask for!
