I ask for a headlight bulb and for it to be installed, guy grabs bulb and rings it up then tells me they dont install them, i got refund and he tells me i wasnt clear when i told him i needed it installed, not sure how much clearer i could have been
Went in to buy coolant, went to register 2 employees kept helping other people while I stood there to check out, then walks in a new customer who had ordered a part, they then left me standing again to help him. I left and bought my coolant at O'Reillys for $3 cheaper. Horrible customer service. Couldn't get through to online chat or customer service on the phone. I was standing there for over 20 minutes!
Steve was so much help...He went above & beyond to help me & my son-n-law...Thanks a bunch for all your help�
