Service person was not helpful at all. Was not knowledgeable about parts or vehicles. He did say he didn't know. Needs retraining.
Very friendly and very helpful
We had some engine and battery trouble on our way home from Pigeon Forge. We stopped here and had a great experience. The GM was the only one working that day. He accommodated us and even came out to offer assistance when it was slow. Brought out cold water. Super kind gentleman!
