Very rude man on the phone. Yelled and talked over me when I was trying to ask a question
So I sent my wife to get a oil filter and a drain plug gasket and apparently someone there thinks a oil filter and a drain plug are the samething because they told her that the drain plug gasket was on the oil filter already. Come on really do you hire people who don't know anything about cars.
A friend phoned in the parts that they needed the parts were ready when I arrived.
