Today I visited the Monroe advanced auto parts. The gentleman who assisted me was so kind and helpful. He helped me with the check coolant light on my vw and his overall disposition made my experience most pleasant. I went in to get a diagnostic test and the man told me he couldn’t do it because the light wasn’t on. It was on but it had went off. He was not helpful at all and acted like he didn’t want to be bothered with me.
I had a very frustrating experience with the customer service I received during my recent visit to Advance Auto Parts. I placed an online order and received emails stating that it would be ready within 30 minutes, but when I arrived at the store, the order was not showing up in their system. While trying to get answers and figure out what was going on, Kejah was extremely rude and unprofessional toward both me and the store employee, Ronaldo.
