Manager? acts like it's always a bother every time. Always complaining because nobody else is there to help. Very rude. Tired of feeling like I'm bothering this guy and all the banging on the keyboard and moaning and bitching while I'm spending hundreds of dollars. I won't be back.

Returned die hard battery that was under warranty! 1st time I ever got to make an even swap. Got new battery and service was great.
