After about 20 years of business, my experience with TJ yesterday ruined my opinion of this store. He completely disrespected me as a female customer by speaking to the male with me instead of me (or even us). I was the one with the information, knowledge, questions I needed answers for, and the one paying, but he had to "verify" or simply assumed I didn't have the knowledge base.
