I never thought one could get such fantastic customer service from an auto parts store. I was about to place an online order to pick up an HVAC blend door actuator when I thought it would first be better to call to make sure the part was actually in stock. Even though the website said it was available, Steve, at store #2820, was unable to locate the part.
