Google wouldn’t allow me to give 0 stars, so I had to give 1. I was treated very badly during a phone call, and the way the representative spoke to me was extremely disrespectful . I called only to get an update on my car part, as my friend who ordered it was not available. We were promised fast delivery by Wednesday for $100, even though it was $15 online somewhere we reached out because they promised us fastest delivery if we pay 100 $ but the delivery date kept changing and eventually the part was not shipped at all. The guy that helped me today was Great!! I was having battery issues and he took the time to test it for me so we could figure out what is going on. He was honest and helpful and saved me from a battery that I didnt need. Will definitely go back next time I need something.
