Good prices, quick service. Never long lines like auto zone
On Monday I was forced to stop at this store. I broke a serpentine belt on my truck at around10:30. We had just left a doctors appt for my wife. Brian waited on me. Come to find out this store did not have my belt in stock. Brian knew we were stuck without this belt and looking at an outrageous tow bill to get home. He made a phone call and found my belt at a competitor's store in walking distance. He told me that if I got the belt, he would help me get it on really quick. I would just like to give a special shout out to Crystal A from Store # 06149 in New Albany Indiana on Grant Line Rd. She was literally so amazing and went above and BEYOND for my mom in her time of need dealing with her car. She is very personable, professional and provided excellent customer service.
